Through intuitive, somatic movement, breath, and rhythm, we bring awareness to where energy is stuck—where hesitation, doubt, or old patterns live in the body. INTUITIVE YOGA FLOW: A JOURNEY INTO BODY AWARENESS
Yoga is not about perfect postures—it is about presence, awareness, and connection to the body & breath. My approach to yoga is an intuitive, fluid blend of Hatha and Ashtanga, designed to bring deep awareness to your muscles, breath, and the emotions stored within. Each session is a journey inward, uncovering where energy is stuck, where tension is held, and how movement can help release, heal, and restore balance.
YOGA AS AN ENERGY MEDICINE
Every ache, stiffness, or block in the body is a message. In my practice, I combine yogic movement with the wisdom of the 7-chakra system, recognising that physical discomfort is often a reflection of emotional and energetic imbalances.
🔴 Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Stability & Grounding
If you experience lower back pain, insecurity, or fear, we focus on grounding postures, strengthening the legs, and stabilizing the lower spine—helping you feel supported and safe in your body.
🟠 Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Flow & Creativity
If you feel stuck, disconnected from pleasure, or creatively blocked, we use hip-opening asanas and fluid movements to release stored emotions and restore ease.
🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Power & Confidence
For those struggling with self-worth, digestion issues, or low energy, we activate the core, build heat, and work on breath control to ignite personal power.
🟢 Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Love & Emotional Release
If you carry heartbreak, grief, or difficulty in opening up, we focus on chest-opening postures and breathwork to soften and expand the heart’s energy.
🔵 Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Expression & Truth
For those who struggle to speak their truth or feel unheard, we integrate neck and shoulder releases with sound vibrations and breathwork to free the voice.
