The period 2022-2024 changed the course of my life. I was heavily under the influence of Saturn, the planet of karma, responsibilities, limitations, and justice. Saturn: a very strict teacher, here to teach you life-changing lessons.

In 2023, Saturn taught me many lessons, which broke me, and brought me to my knees. I lived with constant knee and lower back pain. I decided to go deeper into the root cause of my pain and look at the pain in a holistic way from an energetic standpoint.

I was living a successful life from the societal perspective but none of it was an expression of my authentic self.

In my spiritual journey, I shed many layers of the conditioned self, ended relationships which did not serve me, moved countries and resigned from my job. Saturn was not my only teacher. I was sent me the most amazing women healers from different parts of the world. I worked closely with them for months.

In 2022, I went for my first plant medicine ceremony in the guidance of wonderful Mandy, in the Netherlands. The spirit of Mama Aya showed me who I was in my previous lives, a yogi. A few months later, I went to India to study yoga.

I was doing Movement Medicine since 2022 in Warsaw, with the most amazing authentic TRIBE, the students of Ya’Cov. In my movement journeys I remembered my intuitive ability to move and connect with spirits of nature, and understand myself. Taking my movement journey further, in 2023, I completed Dance Medicine Facilitator Training in Spain. Here I met wonderful Lizzie, who pointed me to Red Earth Retreat with Oya. A week of compassionate self-inquiry with 5Rhythms dancing journeys. I had several revelations at this place, underwent ego death several times.

Mama Aya was calling me again, and I met her in August 2023, for the second time. She showed me the next steps of my life, which was in India. After 7 years of my life in Europe, I decided to move back to my homeland, and continue my healing journey in India, where I had the opportunity to share the wisdom from my journey with many.
